Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations and costs
We currently ship to the following countries:

Germany: €4.99 per order, free shipping on orders of €50 or more.
All other EU countries: €13.99 per order.
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States: €19.99 per order.

The applicable shipping cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days after payment. After that, delivery usually takes 7 to 30 business days, depending on the destination and the product. Our products are shipped from partner warehouses, mostly in China. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times.

Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. If you are asked to pay any charges on delivery within the EU, please contact us before paying.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer in exceptional cases, for example due to customs checks or high demand. If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days after shipping, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@voltixatech.com with your order number. We will investigate and find a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or is not collected from the post office, please contact us so we can find a solution together.
